We collect the account information you submit directly, including your email address, company name, login credentials, and the websites or content you ask us to audit.
We also collect operational information needed to run the service, such as payment transaction metadata, credit balances, saved audit reports, session information, and system logs related to reliability and abuse prevention.
We use your information to provide the GEO Audit service, authenticate your account, deliver audit results, process payments, send transactional emails, support customer requests, and monitor service health.
We may also use aggregated and non-identifying service data to improve the product, detect failures, measure performance, and understand how the platform is used.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full payment card details on our application servers.
